After you have placed an order you should receive a confirmation email to the address you provided during check out. Samson Glass will not be held liable for items shipped to incorrectly given shipping addresses. Please verify that your information is correct in the confirmation email after you’ve placed an order.
Also please note, I reserve the right to refuse service/goods.
Shipping & Handling
Most orders are shipped no later than 24 hours if purchased Monday through Friday. Orders purchased on Sunday will be shipped on Monday unless the post office is closed on a holiday. In most cases, after your order reaches the post office, it will take anywhere from 2-6 days to reach their final destination. All orders include a tracking number sent to email used.
Each order is carefully packed in a plain white or brown box to ensure that no damage will occur during the shipping process. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.
International Shipping
I also ship outside of the U.S. to Canada, England and Australia. Contact us about shipping to countries not listed above.
Return & Privacy Policy
Returns are accepted for unused products only. It must be returned in 10 days after the delivery date. Clearance items and orders placed using a discount code are non-refundable. International orders are also non-refundable. Please contact me immediately HERE regarding any returns.
I do not share any of the information I collect regarding your order and ensure that all information collected is strictly confidential.
