Our book club went today for a glassblowing class from Samson and we LOVED it! We had such a great time. Samson took his time with us and let us do a lot of the process so we could create our “art”. It was awesome. He was very patient with us even when he had to keep repeating the same instructions over and over! Thanks Samson for showing us a really great day and treating us to the world of glassblowing. A few of us will be back for additional classes!

Had a great time with Samson at High Tide. Me and my g/f took the basic make it and take it class and unlike other classes you actually are hands on the whole time with Samson guiding you threw all the steps. He is very knowledgeable and knows his glass. Would recommend for anyone looking to get into glass work or is just visiting myrtle beach for vacation and looking for something fun and unique. Would defiantly return for further classes

My boyfriend surprised me with a private glass blowing class. We had met Chad about a year ago in Market Common at an Arts and Craft venue where my boyfriend bought a beautiful wave as a gift. He told us we should come in just to try it out and I’m pretty sure I reminded my boyfriend every month until he got the hint. Chad is very easy going and really lets you take control of you want to make and how you want your piece to look. He is so knowledgable and passionate about his craft, it makes the experience even more enjoyable. We ended up making pendants and that took about 2 hours but time flew by just cutting up and having good conversation while learning. By the end you really appreciate the time and work that goes into the beautiful pieces Chad makes. I HIGHLY recommend trying this craft and there is no one better to learn from! A must do in Myrtle Beach.

The experience I had at High Tide was absolutely awesome. Chad Samson is an amazing person, and will answer any and all questions that you have. I can’t wait to visit Myrtle Beach again soon, so I can do the make it and take it class with him. Keep up the awesome artistry guys and happy blowing!!!

My wife and I did a make and take class with Chad. It was an awesome experience that I would recommend to anyone who’s interested in what it takes to make glass art! My favorite part was that the entire class was hands on. In about an hour time span Chad is able to teach you the basics while letting you create your own pendant.

Had an awesome time taking the “make it and take it” classes. Chad’s experience and talent showed while teaching me exactly what I needed and more. Excited to pick up my glass art pieces tomorrow. Thank you Chad!!!

My boyfriend and I did a make and take it class 2 weeks ago and it was nothing short of awesome. Chad is the coolest guy that really knows his craft. He let us take control deciding what to make and what colors we wanted to use. Our pieces turned out beautiful but the experience is something I’ll never forget. Definitely going to look into taking more extensive classes and learning and creating more! Chad makes it fun and so entertaining, time flys by with him.

My wife and I did a private class with Chad for our anniversary. It was a an awesome experience and affordable! We each made a pendant that can be worn as a necklace. Neither one of of us had done anything like it before. Chad teaches you everything you need to know and lets you do as much as you feel comfortable doing on your own. I highly recommend taking a class or stopping by to browse some of his beautiful artwork.
